I happy to hear that you questioning Exodus. If you want to follow Jesus a big political organisations seldom is the right way. You must find your way and follow the Spirit even if powerful people questions you.
Hi Marvin,
I wonder what it's like for you to be so far from home. It must be hard sometimes.
The main benefit of being part of Exodus is the added visibility, I guess. I don't really know.
You know Marvin, I think it's a great idea to look long and hard at the reasons behind Exodus' sudden hitching of their wagon to your star. You are right, they are not a very spiritual organization. Very political that's for sure!! Your insight into "match" is wonderful! Maybe getting out of NY and spending a little time in the wonderful Alabama mugginess is just what you needed to open your mind up.
As for Rachel's dress and your opinion...I think joe g. hit the nail on the head. It must be wonderful to be free of the "gay lifestyle" and yet retain some of your "gay" sensibilities.

Stick with your principles, Marvin. Mixing politics, questionable "psychology" and Gospel leads to nowhere healthy.
Letting Exodus into "Straight Way" reminds me of "The Empire Strikes Back." Assuming you've seen the film, remember when the deal that Lando makes with the Empire just gets worse and worse as Darth Vader takes over the city in the clouds? So, if you hear John Williams' "Imperial March" playing in the background, you'd better fire up that light sabre!
do they make NOT strappless wedding gowns anymore????? i have seen nothing but strapless for the last 10 years!!! we must reverse this trend and revive some individuality back into the wedding gown industry!!
let us know what you find. maybe you have...i'm late in posting!
:)
